# Integration expansion

6 October 2026. Public scope reference: https://fluentforms.com/integration/. Independent implementation. Their 60+ directory includes direct services, WordPress companion plugins and automation bridges. Logo-directory parity is not functional parity.

## First batch implemented for review

Brevo: v3 contact create/update, numeric list ID, optional first/last attributes already present in the customer account. Email-only needs no attribute setup. Blacklist flags remain untouched. Connection test GET /account.

ActiveCampaign: v3 contact/sync then contactLists status=1, email and first/last name. API token plus account API URL; api-usN.com/api-euN.com hosts only. Connection test GET /users/me.

Save credentials on Integrations, then enable the feed and select its numeric list ID in Form Settings > Integrations. Disabled by default. Use on forms where visitors agree to join the selected list. Global saves preserve unrelated settings. Uses the existing integration credential storage model; no encryption retrofit across providers in this batch.

Only network/429/5xx failures retry (three attempts maximum). Retry reloads the current form configuration and account credentials. Queued identity data contains no token. Errors omit API responses and secrets. Contact upserts prevent duplicate contacts.

25 mocked HTTP contract checks pass. No live credentials available, so contact creation/update, subscription and unsubscribe-state acceptance tests remain required. List selectors, arbitrary field mapping, conditional multi-feed rules and double opt-in provider flows are not included. Do not claim full parity.

## Remaining batches

1. Airtable/Trello: schema/destination selection, mapping, record/card creation, duplicate handling.
2. Kit/MailerLite/GetResponse/Drip/Campaign Monitor/Constant Contact: subscribers, lists/tags, opt-in semantics.
3. Pipedrive/Zoho CRM/Salesforce: authorization, refresh, object mapping, partial failures.
4. Zapier/Make/Zoho Flow: webhook recipes first, explicitly distinguished from dedicated marketplace apps.
5. FluentCRM/FluentSupport/FluentCommunity/FluentBooking/FluentMembers/Ninja Tables: public API adapters tested with separately installed companion plugins.
6. Additional payments/SMS/storage/translation: provider contract reviews, paid messaging/payment acceptance tests and multilingual WordPress fixtures.

Existing shared capabilities include Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Telegram, Stripe, PayPal, email and webhooks. Each adapter needs configuration, enablement, mapping, logging, failure/duplicate handling and live acceptance tests before being advertised as verified.
