Ledgerbridge Sync — Settings

1. App Credentials

Create an app at developer.intuit.com and paste its Client ID / Secret here. These are stored encrypted, never as plaintext.

Before connecting: add this Redirect URI to your Intuit app (Settings → Redirect URIs) — it's generated automatically from this site's actual domain, so it stays correct even if you move the site or tunnel it through something like ngrok.

document.getElementById('qbws-copy-redirect-uri')?.addEventListener('click', function () { const input = document.getElementById('qbws-redirect-uri'); input.select(); navigator.clipboard.writeText(input.value).then(function () { document.getElementById('qbws-copy-result').textContent = 'Copied!'; setTimeout(function () { document.getElementById('qbws-copy-result').textContent = ''; }, 2000); }); });

From your Intuit app's Webhooks settings. Your webhook endpoint URL is:

Filled in automatically after you connect.

2. Order Sync Behavior

Applies to products and variations. Inventory/pricing-specific rules below can still narrow the QuickBooks → WooCommerce side further.

Only matters when both WooCommerce and QuickBooks change the same order between syncs. See the Conflicts tab.

On uninstall

Off by default. Your sync history and settings are kept even if you delete the plugin, unless you check this box first.

3. Automatic Sync Settings

Turn each data type on or off independently in each direction, and control how often it runs. Order's row here controls on/off + interval same as everything else — the "Order sync direction" dropdown above is a separate, coarser switch (which direction is allowed at all) plus the doc-type/conflict-strategy settings that don't apply to any other data type; both have to allow a direction for it to actually run.

WooCommerce → QuickBooks Online

"Pricing" and "Inventory" only affect existing products — a brand-new item still comes in with whatever price/stock QB has. Actual cron cadence is checked every 5 minutes and rounds up to the nearest tick, so a 1-minute interval here still effectively means "next time the 5-minute tick runs".
